Private lessons for primary school children
In primary school, private lessons allow children to have individualized monitoring. To help your child succeed in his studies, our coaches adapt their pedagogies and teaching strategies according to the individual needs of your child. Whether it’s developing a study method or learning the fundamentals of literacy and numeracy, we are there to support your child academically, socially, and emotionally.
From the first year of primary school, children experience new and unique ways of learning every day. Classroom lessons do not always allow teachers to focus on individual needs. Private lessons provide the child various opportunities, for instance; the undivided attention of the teacher. This means more possibilities to engage in real communication, more feedback and better understanding of the learning material.
At My Sherpa, we develop personalised program for each student tailored to his or her needs. We offer specialized one to one tuition and support for young people with learning disabilities like AHDH, dyslexia, high functioning autism, or those with physical or mental health and emotional needs that require special consideration.
Learning to count, to read, to write is something primary school children encounter from a very early stage. Primary school sets the foundation of some basic concepts; therefore, it is essential to support their learning at this level.
